Thomas Fuchs
Thomas is the founder, soul, and heartbeat of QX. Since its establishment in 1995, he has designed numerous international recruiting formats and talent development programs for global players in diverse industries, accompanying countless individuals on their initial and ongoing career journeys, some of whom even started their careers within his own company.
In addition to his role as the CEO of the network, he currently serves as an executive coach for top-level managers and entrepreneurs, providing guidance to large corporations and medium-sized companies on leadership challenges such as CEO searches, board advisory, succession planning, and management audits.
He replenishes his energy through spending time with his rainbow family and friends, traveling to his favorite destinations L.A. and Mykonos, or savoring a fine glass of wine. His best ideas emerge during endurance training in the great outdoors, preferably in the Adirondacks or the South Tyrolean Alps.
Yannick Reiss
Yannick is the driving force behind the growth story of QX and has been spearheading the network’s development since 2012. As the Managing Director, he is responsible for implementing the internationalization and is constantly exploring new business ventures. He pursued a dual bachelor’s degree at Dublin City University and the European School of Business in Reutlingen, focusing on „International Management,“ and gained valuable experience at renowned consulting firms.
In 2014, he combined his passion for networking with his entrepreneurial dedication and established the „MBA World Summit,“ which has since become not only QX’s flagship event but also a highly regarded networking highlight for over 41 of the world’s best business schools.
During his leisure time, Yannick enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in sports with great enthusiasm, and cherishing any opportunity to exchange ideas with interesting individuals, all of which contribute to his personal growth journey.
Tobias Edinger
Tobias has been a part of the QX team since 2008. Currently, he oversees the „Experience“ department and serves as the primary point of contact for all matters related to membership, national and international events, seminars, conferences, as well as the coordination of QX-City Circles worldwide. Additionally, he leads all events with partner companies at the QX-Manor, ranging from board meetings and executive gatherings to team-building workshops.
Prior to his studies in Business Administration/Economics in Saarbrücken and Mainz, Tobias completed a financial assistant apprenticeship at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg. Throughout his studies, he gained global experience through various internships. Tobias finds great pleasure in living in Frankfurt. During his leisure time, he enthusiastically engages in sports like fitness and badminton, or cherishes moments with his beloved dog, Atlas. He also has a strong passion for culinary treats.
Felix Wild
Felix joined the QX crew in May 2023. His journey began with studying psychology in Frankfurt, where he developed a deep understanding of human behavior. After successfully completing his degree, he started his career with a spin-off of a renowned executive search firm. There, he demonstrated his talent for placing high-caliber professionals in top positions. Today, he leverages his acquired knowledge in the field of executive search and placement at QX.
In addition to his role as a consultant, Felix is a passionate athlete and a certified personal trainer. At the gym, he assists his clients in achieving their goals and improving their physical fitness.
As a native Frankfurter, he feels a deep connection to his hometown. Often found in the city’s cafes, enjoying a cup of coffee, he is always up for engaging conversations and the exchange of ideas.
