Thomas Fuchs

Founder & CEO

Thomas is the founder, head and soul of QX, which has been through various incarnations, such as “RIFU” and “Kennedy Avenue, since 1995. His own career began after participating in a bank trainee program and business studies in the development program of the “Commerzbank” in Frankfurt. Since then, Thomas has designed numerous international recruitment formats and talent promotion programs for global players from diverse industries. Moreover, he has supported numerous talents in the initial and later stages of their career. Many of them began their careers by working with him in the network. Today he is one of few experts in “Talent Management” and a sought-after coach and consultant for companies and talented professionals. Thomas gladly refuels his batteries with family and friends, likes traveling to his favorite cities, L.A. and Hong Kong, and also enjoys a good glass of wine. He gets his best ideas when working outdoors- surrounded by nature- mostly in the Adirondacks, New Zealand, or in his home in the Palatine woods.

Tobias Edinger

Chief Operating Officer

Tobias joined the QX-crew in 2008. He is responsible the Member Experience. He designs various networking formats, produces the "Vanity of the Month" column and ensures that members are well supported and taken care of. He is also responsible for the management of our TAMADAs and City Circles around the globe. He worked as a financial assistant trainee at the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg before studying business and economics in Saarbrücken and Mainz. He also completed several internships around the world after his studies. In his spare time he plays sports, enjoys visiting new destinations and trying good food.

Yannick Reiss

Chief International Officer

Yannick is responsible for the internationalization and the identification and implementation of new business models. One of the recent concepts he is into, is the “MBA World Summit” an event kicked-of in 2014 which continues to attract more than 3000 members of the global MBA community each year. Yannick graduated in business administration at the Dublin City University in Ireland and the European School of Business in Reutlingen. He specialized in international management, which he complemented through episodes in various consulting firms. Besides playing sports, Yannick also enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is very passionate about meeting new and inspiring people.

Christian Köthe

Senior Manager International Growth & Innovation

Chris is part of the QX-Crew since April 2013. He supports the development of the corporate strategy and in various projects advancing the internationalization. He studied Business Administration, Economics and Political Science in Mannheim and Frankfurt, and has gained extensive practical experience in strategy and business development during internships at several corporates and consultancies in Germany and abroad. During his spare time he relaxes on long runs and other sporting activities, and draws energy and inspiration from touring foreign countries or doing short trips to his home in the north of Germany.

Laura Hoerhammer

Member Experience Manager

Laura is part of the QX-Crew since October 2014. She is responsible for our different event formats – from the Development Centers to the Christmas-QX as well as our new boarding house concept, the QX-Manor. Grown up in the countryside, she is in any case the girl who knows how to handle things and she made her first experience in planning events. After her year abroad in the USA she decided to study leisure and tourism planning in Trier with a focus on eventmanagement. With several experience in this sector she will enrich us in these functions. In her spare time, Laura is committed to the youth work of the German Olympic Sportsalliance and she also enjoys meeting up with friends and travelling.
