We support our members from their time as a student all the way up to chief-level-officer status. In order to meet the changing requirements and needs during their career-progression, we differentiate between four seniority-levels with our members:
TOP-Leaders who are chief-level officers, entrepreneurs, business successors
Executives in junior-, middle-, and senior-management, banks, consultancies, and private equity funds
Job starters and young professionals before their first managerial responsibility, executive assistants, consultants, analysts, trainees
Max. 1.5 years until graduation, with academic excellence, several internships, exciting personalities
After acceptance into the QX-network we pay great attention to our members as they progress in their career and will automatically adjust their seniority-level according to their level of experience.
