By all diversity – which we decidedly promote in the QX-network – our members are unified by the desire to sooner or later take leadership responsibility in their careers. Many have already been experienced leaders for several years or are about to take this step.
We support and promote the QX-members on their way to become a “Leader”. This includes the collective reflection about what leadership means: Which characteristics define a leader? How does she / he succeed in inspiring, motivating people, and leading them to extraordinary achievements and successes? How is confidence generated?
QX is a place where one can undogmatically and dynamically philosophize and discuss about the nature and the goals of leadership. Through our network events, seminar offers and the “LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE” we provide the possibility to discover specific impulses and also develop these abilities.
